Starr Summer Internship

Our internships provide college students with an opportunity to acquire a wealth of work experience in their chosen field of study. They will be assigned real tasks and responsibilities throughout the program.  In addition, they will have exposure to senior leadership throughout the summer.  Interns can anticipate an incredible learning experience and a summer of significant professional growth. 

Starr Associates Program (Full-Time Opportunity)

The Starr Associates program helps to develop recent college graduates into insurance professionals. Starr Associates gain hands-on experience when they’re hired into one of our business areas. They also participate in the year-long Starr Associates training program, where they meet regularly to learn the skills necessary to succeed in the insurance business and to interact with many of Starr’s leaders.
